By downloading, installing, or using Stoxio AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using Stoxio AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Stoxio AI is not directed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at hello@stoxio.ai and we will remove it.
Stoxio AI is a mobile application that provides AI-generated stock analysis, portfolio tracking, market sentiment, and related financial information. The service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
Stoxio AI offers a premium subscription billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Current plans are $9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year. Prices are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by territory.
New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If you begin a free trial and then purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited at that point.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the app after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to misuse the service. You may not use Stoxio AI to:
— Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app or our servers
— Use the service for any unlawful purpose
— Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
— Redistribute or resell AI-generated analysis commercially without our written permission
All content, design, code, and AI-generated analysis produced by Stoxio AI is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may use the analysis for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Market data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party providers and remains their property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoxio AI and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment losses, or damages of any kind arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated analysis.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data or AI-generated content.
We strive to keep Stoxio AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Stoxio AI if you violate these Terms of Service.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: go to More → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, portfolio, watchlist, price targets and analysis history from our servers, and clears locally stored data on your device. Deleting the app from your device alone does not delete your account. Cancelling a subscription is handled separately through your Apple ID settings.
These Terms are between you and Stoxio AI only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Stoxio AI or its content.
Your licence to use Stoxio AI is a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
Stoxio AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Stoxio AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Stoxio AI is also responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
